Description

Here is my super clean 1966 Fender Pro Reverb Amp. Completely gone over by world renown amp tech Bob Dixon of Amphole. He said the tubes are still good after 57 years! RCA Blackplates for the power tubes and various RCA/GE/Sylvania preamp tubes. The Rectifier Tube is a JJ. 3 prong cable was done long ago. The original blue label speakers sound fantastic! Bob Dixon had to change out a few diodes and just a couple of small caps. Kept it as original as possible. Had to also put in a new Accutronics reverb tank and rebuild the footswitch inside its original housing. The Reverb now sounds super lush and the tremolo sounds fantastic. It needed a new photo cell. Now the reverb AND tremolo sounds as good as ANY blackface fender amp I’ve ever heard. Also included is the original Victoria Luggage Co. Leather cover. The corners are a little frayed but it still works great! Now you have an amp that will be strong and reliable for its new owner another 50-60 years! No trades as I’m only selling this to fund another purchase. No lowball offers. You might find one a little cheaper. But in the long run it will cost you more money in repairs or tax and shipping costs. Ect. Ect. Just selling for what I have into it.
